Tommy and John represented me as a seller of a 1957 mid-century modern house in the Palm Springs area. I interviewed three agents and selected them. Tommy has lived for years in the area - he knows the market. John was terrific in being patient with me because I was a nice but difficult client - that's because I was doing a rehab on the house, new drywall, new kitchen and so on. They stopped by a few times a week to decide when to list it. And it went live with the kitchen half installed, and workers wandering around. They pulled it off! John Moder represented me in 2021 selling a home in South Palm Desert that was a rental property. The tenant's son was there trying to move his mother's massive estate. John worked diligently in forming a great relationship with him, and the tenant willingly allowed potential buyers in for showings, and the home was sold in no time! It closed escrow a couple days after the tenant's son finally completed emptying the home. I had spent so much time stressing over the tenant leaving and the home being sold, and it ended up being a pleasant experience! The market sure helped but John went above board in the process.

I sold a second property using John Moder, and this was a rental condo at The River in Rancho Mirage. Ditto!
